Michel Gondry’s imaginative animated comedy brings together a series of inventive stories inspired by ideas from Gondry’s daughter, Maya. It was created using a combination of hand-made paper cut-out animation, stop motion and live action. Living far apart, father and daughter stay connected through creativity as Maya suggests story prompts which Gondry transforms into colourful miniature adventures using paper, scissors, and tape. The result is a charming and deeply personal film celebrating imagination, storytelling and the bond between parent and child.
